AI Workflows for ArchitectsĀ

8 weeks. 8 workflows. A complete AI toolkit for your practice.

You've tried AI. You asked it to rewrite an email or summarize a document. Maybe it impressed you, or maybe it got things wrong. Either way, you went back to doing things the way you've always done them.

That's not a failure of ambition. It's a failure of approach. The gap between "I tried ChatGPT once" and "AI is part of how I work" is real, and nobody has bridged it for architects. Until now.

I'm building a program to close that gap. If you want to be among the first to go

What you'll walk away with

After eight weeks, you'll have:

  • A prompt framework that produces useful output on the first try, not generic filler you have to rewrite.
  • A project knowledge base that turns Claude into a team member who knows every document on your project.
  • A custom AI Skill trained on your firm's standards that Claude follows automatically.
  • Automated workflows for meeting notes, QA reviews, and other tasks that currently eat your time.
  • A plugin your team can use, even for colleagues who have never touched AI.

The tool progression

Each week introduces a more capable AI tool. By Week 8, you'll have hands-on experience with the full range of what's available right now.

Weeks 1 and 2: Claude.ai. Learn to communicate with AI effectively. This is where most people get stuck, using AI like a search engine instead of a collaborator.

Weeks 3 and 4: Claude Projects. Give Claude deep context about your project so it can reference your drawings, specs, standards, and correspondence. This is the week that changes how you think about AI.

Week 5: Claude Skills. Create a custom Skill that teaches Claude your firm's specific standards. Once built, Claude applies your rules automatically. No more repeating instructions in every conversation.

Weeks 6 and 7: Cowork. Build real automations. Meeting notes that produce action items. QA reviews that check deliverables against your standards. The repetitive work starts doing itself.

Week 8: Cowork Plugins. Build a tool your colleagues can use without knowing anything about AI. This is where you go from AI user to AI leader at your firm.

What's included

  • 8 complete workflows delivered weekly
  • Written guides for simpler workflows, video walkthroughs for complex ones
  • 4 live Q&A sessions (biweekly, recorded if you can't make it)
  • 3 months of Claude Pro so you have everything you need from day one
  • Bonus: Vibe Coding with Claude Code (building real tools with AI, no programming required)
  • Bonus: Connecting Claude to Your Tools with MCP (including a live demo of Claude interacting with a Revit model)

Who this is for

You're a mid-career architect with deep domain knowledge. You've used AI a few times, but you know you're barely scratching the surface. You don't need to be convinced that AI matters. You need someone to hand you the tools and show you how to use them in the context of the work you actually do.

Details

  • Format: 8 weeks, one workflow per week, plus biweekly live Q&A
  • Enrollment: Limited to 30 participants
  • Investment: $197 founding member price ($297 after this cohort)
  • Includes: 3 months of Claude Pro (a $60 value)

Interested?

I'm starting with a small group before opening this up more broadly. Founding members get a lower price and the chance to shape the program as it develops.
